Nova Scotia’s Stockport Completes Option Agreement with Australian Firm
Halifax, Nova Scotia-headquartered Stockport Exploration Inc. has formally completed a cash and share option agreement with Ardiden Limited of West Perth, Australia (Ardiden) for the acquisition of Stockport's Seymour Lake mining concessions. To complete the acquisition, Ardiden was required to pay total installments to Stockport of C$350,000, and issue C$250,000 of Ardiden shares. Since the initial signing of the option agreement in 2016, Ardiden has paid a total of C$1,000,000 to finalize the 100 per cent transfer of Seymour Lake to Ardiden. Seymour Lake is a lithium-beryllium-tantalum site located 230 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
